Brace yourselves, a sweet lolita designer is taking over. BABY, THE STARS SHINE BRIGHT will be opening a new store in New York City, one of the United States' fashion capitols. With another store already located in San Fransisco, they will be reaching out to their east coast customers! The grand opening will be on July 19th, 2014 - everyone is invited to attend.
