Vaniru is a new band that was formed not too long ago. They were performing along side Gothika and ADAMS. We were able to catch them for some questions before they went on stage.
VKH: First of all can you introduce yourself?
Leoneil: I am Leoneil and I do the vocals.
Yuto: Guitarist Yuto.
VKH: How did you meet and decide to form "Vaniru"?
Yuto: We were in the same restaurant and there were no more open seats, so we ended up sitting next to each other.
VKH: Could you tell us something about your band history - both for your newer and older fans?
Leoneil: We don’t have any history, because we officially started the bands 2 months ago. *Yuto Laughs*
VKH: What got you interested in playing music?
Yuto: Music is my life.
VKH: Vaniru is a unique name! What is the meaning of the name for you?
Leoneil: Colnage.
VKH: How did you meet and decide to form "Vaniru"?

Leoneil: Fear.

VKH: In a previous interview, when describing your band name, you had mentioned faeries, etc. Do you take inspiration from mythology?
Leoneil: Yes, like magic.
VKH: You have a very interesting sound. In a previous interview, Yuto, you said you had asked Leoneil what kind of music he listens to and he said he did not care for genre. Then you said it were as if he had no borders. Would you say your music reflects that? That you two believe music has no borders?
Leoneil: Of course there is no border in music
