The fall J-Rock tour announcements have begun pouring in, and what better way to start than with a debut U.S. tour announcement! In light of their successful performance at SXSW in 2016, the J-Rock icons of [ALEXANDROS] have announced their first-ever United States tour! The tour will take place in October starting in Dallas, Texas, and ending in New York City. It will include 5 tour stops in total. [ALEXANDROS] has spent the last decade establishing themselves as a leading force in the J-Rock industry. Their ever-evolving sound has pushed the limits of genres such as indie rock, pop-punk, hard rock, and alt-rock, and the band has enjoyed commercial success for each of their six albums. They have had continuously sold out tours and shows, including their annual "VIP Party" event, which was just held for this year on August 16th at ZOZO Marine Stadium. The band has also appeared at international festivals such as SXSW in the U.S. and The Great Escape in the UK, and have been the supporting act for many major rock bands touring Japan such as Muse, Kasabian, and Primal Scream.
The latest EP from [ALEXANDROS], Mosquito Bite, was released last month, and the title track was used as the main theme song of the "BLEACH" live-action movie (another track from the EP titled "MILK" was also featured in the film). The band put out a special collaborative video for "Mosquito Bite" in anticipation of the movie's release, which you can check out below along the song's full music video.
