DIR EN GREY Announces 10th Full Album

Coming this fall, DIR EN GREY will release their 10th studio album! The new album is called The Insulated World and it will hit stores on September 26. This will be the band's first studio album since ARCHE, released back in December of 2014. 

The album will come in 3 types. The Full Production Limited Edition will come in two versions, where one includes a bonus DVD while the other includes a bonus Blu-Ray. Both will come with the album in Blu-Spec CD2* (refer to note at the end of the article) and a bonus CD and will cost 9000 and 8000 yen, respectively. In addition, a special postcard related to their 29th single, Ningen wo Kaburu, will be included as an additional exclusive. 

The First Press Limited Edition will come with the regular formatted album CD and the bonus CD, costing 3400 yen. The Normal Edition will come with just the CD, costing 3000 yen.

*Blu-Spec CD2 is a special format for CDs that uses the same technology enhancement as Blu-Ray. It creates a better sound and it can be played on a CD player. For more information about the specifics of this format, please refer to this site, here.
