2-day Memorial Live Announced in Commemoration of the 20th Anniversary of hide’s Death

It has been announced that a memorial live performance, “hide 20th memorial SUPER LIVE ‘SPIRITS’” in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of hide’s death, will be held over two days on April 28th and 29th at the special outdoor stage in Odaiba, Tokyo.

This was announced by hide’s younger brother Hiroshi Matsumoto of the Head Wax Organization, at the end of hide’s birthday event “hide Birthday Party 2017,” which was held on December 10th at CLUB CITTA in Kanagawa. hide with Spread Beaver was announced as the opening act of the event.


Furthermore, the start of the “hide 20th Memorial Project” was also revealed. A documentary movie is scheduled to be released in 2018, and a memorial boxset (title TBA), which compiles precious videos and voice comments of hide from 1998.

In addition, the book “The World Without You ~the traces of the 2486 days I spent with hide~,” which was writted by hide’s close friend I.N.A. (hide with Spread Beaver), whom he also created music with, will be on sale next spring.
