Yes, there is more than just one great announcement from Blu-BiLLioN!
In the upcoming months you will be able to get two new live DVDs as well as a new track being the theme song for the movie メサイア外伝 -極夜 Polar night- (messiah gaiden - goku yoru Polar night-)! The film is going to be available on DVD on July 12th. Since there are still some months left until its release there aren't more details about Blu-BiLLioN's song yet. However, you can already watch a movie trailer here.
As for their DVDs, there is going to be a recording of the Resistar Records event 治外法権-新春だょ全員集合!!2017- (chigaihouken - shinshundayo zenin shuugou!! 2017) held on January 7th at TOKYO DOME CITY HALL! It also includes footage of other bands' performances such as BugLug's and DOGinThePWO's lives. Date of release is June 21st and further information will be available soon.
Moreover, their concert held at CLUB CITTA 'Kawasaki on December 25th has been recorded too and will be released as DVD entitled Gift on April 12th! There are two different types:
