BUCK-TICK will be celebrating their 20th anniversary, and they'll not only commemorate it with an album (we reported), but they have a new single coming up right on its heels! (we reported) One week before their album Atom Miraiha No.9 on Sept. 28, their upcoming single New World will drop on Sept. 21. New World will be released in three types: limited edition types A and B, and regular edition. Type A will have Blu-ray and a CD, while type B will have a DVD and a CD. Both the CDs will hold two tracks, and will be SHM (super high material) discs, which can be played on all CD players.
The bonus Blu-ray/DVD will feature an exclusive selection of live footage from their December 29, 2015 show THE DAY IN QUESTION at Nippon Budokan. The perks of the limited editions don't stop there; a "special package" will also be included along with a special lottery ticket application for the new album Atom Miraiha No. 9!
The regular edition for New World will have a two-track CD (non-SHM). These songs will also be on the limited edition SHM-CDs, both of which are composed by Hisashi Imai and lyricized by Atsushi Sakurai.
