Bands often publish disbandment annoucements at the beginning of a new month.
Unfortunately, that's exactly what Silver Linings did today:
The band will end activities after their performance on December 14th at Ikebukuro EDGE. Their scheduled live on December 24th at Machida ThePlayHouse has been cancelled due to this as well.
All members are very sorry to their fans and thank them for their support.
