Their name is Roub and they will be starting activities with their live on August 23rd at Hamamatsu FORCE!
Moreover, their 1st single entitled Snatcher will be released on October 14th for 1620 yen. Pre-sale starts at their live on October 4th which will be held at Hamamatsu FORCE as well. You can pre-order their release from CDJapan.
