Ko-ki's new activity is managing a new company called Jace. The name Jace is an acronym for Japan Active Creation Entertainment.

Below is the information about his new company, found on the official website. Translations were done by Robin Alan:

In 2012, after the band I was in at the time performed at Nippon Budokan, whenever we would meet to discuss future plans, we would always question our lack of opportunities to try new ideas.
At the same time, the feeling of wanting to offer the world a variety of surprises gradually increased.
2015.
With strong feelings of wanting to "roll out innovative challenges within the world of artists," I launched Jace Corporation.
In recent years, it seems that the entertainment industry has been lacking in the demand for diversity in music. Up until now, we've always created ideas that could not be contained, and we would like to bring forth brand new music in various fields. From now, Jace, Ltd. and all of its employees will work together to achieve this.
Jace, Ltd. President, Kouki Nishikawa
