rice has announced a new single to be released this month entitled Kotoba ni Dekinai! It will drop on July 30th in two types: Type A and Type B. Both editions will hold a 2 track CD, however the B-track on both types will differ: Type will hold "fine" and Type B will hold "Shangri-la." You can pre-order them now for 1000 yen each on CD Japan! The artwork for this single is currently unavailable.
