On February 11th the band Lustknot. announced that their drummer -sakuto- will no longer be apart of the band.
The drummer had taken a pause in activities due to poor physical health since October and Lustknot. has been performing with a support drummer named Meru since then. The band has revealed that they have tried to contact -sakuto- to ask about using some band equipment that they needed to use for band activities but were unable to come in contact with him. The band members were able to get in contact with a relative of the drummer and was told by the relative that -sakuto- has no intention of returning to the band. Even so the band still tried to talk to -sakuto- in person and in the end the other members were unable to reach him.
So due to his unreliability Lustknot. decided to continue without the drummer and officially fired him in January.
The band said that they are very sorry for this decision and they are sorry to everyone that had been concerned about -sakuto- and supported him during his break. The band has also stated that they will be continuing band activities with the help of their support drummer Meru.
