sForzato is a relatively new, indie Visual-Kei band, but one that has already played shows with bands such as NoGoD, SEX-ANDROID, and other noteworthy bands. "Fallen" is their first single, following three other releases. So, how does this new band sound? Pretty good, even on this short of a release.
01. Fallen
02. 現実
While both tracks are good, the main attraction here is the A-Side, "Fallen". The song has passionate vocals, and the guitar drives this song. The song is fun, and while not incredibly memorable, is a great track for an indie Visual-Kei band. The song sounds technically very good, and showcases the various members talents, making clear that sForzato is more talented than many other indie Visual-Kei bands.
The second track, "現実", has very distinct and different verses and chorus, giving the song a sort of dynamic energy. The song sounds a bit rough, aggressive during the verse, but becomes lighter and more upbeat during the chorus, and draws the listener in. The guitar on this track is notable also, particularly during the solo, and drives home how talented this indie band is.
Overall, this single showcases several different sides of sForzato, and makes quite clear how talented they are for a relatively new, indie band. I would recommend checking out this single if you are interested in hearing a promising indie band, but the single may be tough to find, given its limited release. You can find a number of their tracks on iTunes, and you can also check out their Discography and Goods page.
