Are A(ACE) going on hiatus?

Today, A(ACE) have published a rather sad announcement on their HP...
Apparently, the band is going on hiatus after their performance on April 29th at Shibuya WWW.
According to Toshi's comment, the band's journey is completed after this last live. However, the members didn't state clearly whether it's a hiatus or even a disbandment.
As for now, we can only wait and see what's going to happen, so let's just hope for a fast comeback!
