In May this year, fans got the sad news about the band, Virulent was going on an activity pause. It seems there is more sad news from this band. On July 30th Virulent's drummer, Kazuya announced that he will be leaving and retiring from the band. In his comment he stated that he doesn't want to stop making music even though he is leaving the band. But that he does not see being in a band in the future. He also stated that Virulent seems to intend to start up activities again sometime in the future. Sadly it will be without him.
Even though this is very sad news, let's keep cheering Kazuya and Virulent on to a good future!
