Even though they're only active for some months now, their music samples enormously impressed me, you really need to check them out!
Their name is Ray℃, and as already mentioned, they debuted in 2012.
The band hasn't released anything yet, however, there are a lot of samples on their official youtube channel. They even uploaded two full songs.
Here are two of their videos. The first one includes song samples and videos of their live performances, and the second one a sample of their song "卍 〜MANJI〜 ".
