L'Arc~En~Ciel's bassist TETSUYA announced that he plans on having a special solo concert. It will be from October 2nd-3rd at Shibuya Kokaido. The tickets for this concert will go on sale August 4th; however, members of his club "TETSUYA MOBILE" will be able to buy tickets from May 14th until May 21st before the general public.
