The application period is June 10 - 21 2012. (One ticket per person)
Their FINAL will be held at Yoyogi National Stadium 2nd Gymnasium on Dec. 30th 2012. The application period has already begun and closes on June 3rd 2012. (8 tickets per person)
If you are an overseas fan and would like to go, you can join GFC (Global PS Company Fan Club) and purchase tickets there.
