Last Wednesday the Golden Gods awards were presented in America and to everyone's surprise X Japan won one the award for Best International band. They were up against bands: Behemoth (Poland), Lacuna Coil (Italy), Rammstein (German), Sepultura (Brazil) and Meshuggah (Sweden). Yoshiki accepted the award and thanked all the fans for voting.
