Visual Worldwide #1

So, this is our first "Visual Worldwide" article! I hope you like the name, and of course this posting campaign in general.
First of all, thank you very much for sending in so many bands to introduce! 5 out of 6 bands were your suggestions.

Now the first one:
The band in the upper picture is Australian band "Distoma." formed in 2011. Their music is a mix out of Gothic, Progressive, Alternative Metal, Experimental and World Music.
Members so far are from Australia and Japan. In their Facebook description, they say their goal is to bring original, honest sounds to today’s international musical context and to constantly expand the limits of themselves and their listeners.

Next band is band "Misery" from Hong Kong.
They call themselves "Monster Rock Band from Hong Kong" and put their music under the genre "Psycho Rock".
Description from Facebook:

lyrics Expression that sorrow, Harsh realities and anger in modern society.
They garnered vast attention in the indies scene
since their formation with their distinctive sound, unique visual concept, and enigmatic live performances 

There are five peoples,
Who was making their own things,

Now a band from Europe, to be exact, from Germany, near Cologne!
Their name is "LaBathory", formed in 2010. At the very beginning, their current Bassist Akie has still been their Vocalist, but they have a new one now, who will be announced in the next few days! A lot of LaBathory updates will be made soon, so stay tuned!

Now about their music:
The band hasn't released anything yet, but one of their songs is available on the second edition of compilation CD "Geisha Finest" from July 30th 2011.

Visual Kei bands from Japan they like are for example Danger Gang, Exist†Trace and Kogure.

From Australia, Asia and Europe we are now going to South America!
"Dreizehn XIII" are a band from Brasil, formed in 2007. During those 4 years of activity, they already released 3 Singles, and all are available to download for free on their HP! Their 1st Album "NACHASH" was released in 2011 and can be downloaded here!
Artists they like are L'arc~en~ciel, LUNA SEA, D'espairsRay and Dir en Grey.

Members are:
Kuro - Vocal
Shiro - Bass
Kazuma - Guitar
Kinsei - Drums

Last year, they uploaded a PV for their song "Babel":

Now we are going back to Germany again.
"V3NTUS" is a pretty new formation from Munich that formed back in November 2011, but officially starting their activities in spring 2012. The intro for their upcoming Single release has already been uploaded on their Facebook, so please check it out!
Bands they like are for example MoNoLith, 2nd Dyz, Awoi and Luzmelt.
Both members have been in a band called "Kyuuke" before.

Last band for today is a band from Hong Kong again.
Their name is "ParanoiD", and they are probably the most well-known band out of those 6.
They have had their debut in 2005 and released their 1st Single in 2010. Full version of the Single's songs can ba found on their Myspace!
