After their Vocalist Tora and Guitarist Nagi left the band back in April 2011, there were no new updates from Sel'm, but they promised their fans to continue activities.
Now we can be sure that they kept their promise and indeed are coming back with a special announcement for May 6th, plus two new members!
Unfortunately, we don't know whether what the special annoucement will be, nor who the two members are yet, but according to rumors on the net it's ex.Velours Vocalist Ryuga and ex.Tokyo Heroes Guitarist John (formally known as Iwan).
For full confirmation we still have to wait three days until they update their HP.

I loved Sel`m but Tora and Nagi were pretty much the main reason... so I`m not feeling too hopeful. But we`ll see.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, if they really take Ryuga, they made the best out of it. And I wouldn't say "Tora was replaced", it more would be a new and different Sel'm then. But nothing bad at all!
ReplyDeleteIf someone had asked me which new Vocalist Sel'm should choose, Ryuga would have been one of my suggestions... Musically, Velours and Sel'm had a similar style, so it's no bad decision.
I really hope Sel'm fan give them a chance and try their new songs! It may won't be that bad ;)
