For PENICILLIN's 20th birthday the band is going to release something special this year:
A best album with songs chosen by their fans!
「20th Anniversary Fan Selection Best DRAGON HEARTS」 is it's title and release date is April 11th.
Most tracks on this album were re-recorded, song "Dragon Hearts" (Regular Edition only) is a completely new song and the rest stays the same.
