Over these past few days, I've come across many posts saying that DELeTE's newest member 煌己 -Koki- had disappeared on Febrary 10th, 2012. 蓮司-Renji- himself even sent out messages to his blog about the issue. It said that 煌己 -Koki- has left the band, but they don't know the reason why. Nobody has been able to contact 煌己 -Koki- since the 10th, nor do they know where he is. He asks for everyone--friends, staff and fans--to support DELeTE at this time. DELeTE plans to continue as a band with three members, but they hope that 煌己 -Koki- returns to DELeTE soon and that he is safe.
蓮司-Renji- even posted a video from the DELeTE International Support Staff to his YouTube, hoping that this would help.
All current members of DEleTE plan to post about any update on 煌己 -Koki- if he is found.
UPDATE: Koki has been found. Renji updated his blog saying they have established contact and apologize for any inconvenience.

ReplyDeletei just read at another news site that they finally had a call with his mother. he didnt pay his rent and lived with his mother or still does they say. mio's blog is the source of the site. hope he is safe though

ReplyDeleteBoth Renji and Mio have mentioned it, correct. The band are going to continue as a three man band until - and if - Koki decides to return or not.
ReplyDeleteThey haven't got in contact with Koki directly, however his Mother has informed them about his whereabouts now.
Sadly this leaves Mio a little peeved about the hassle and worry this has caused for both the band, staff and fans. Renji cannot stop apologising to everyone either, it's such a shame.
I can understand why they have been worried. I think I would be too. This is a sticky situation for them and wish them all the best and hope everything turns out well in the end.

I just hope they're able to pull through this, confront Koki and, hopefully, he can return to the band.
Ko-ki was really happy to be in the band though. weird for him to have just left. He probably had personal things to deal with and didn't want the other members to be involved for good reasons.

ReplyDeleteI'm part of the Staff, so the sudden loss of contact with Koki was rather -- confusing, especially on the 10th when he went 'missing' he was telling Staff to do a good job etc?
Somehow I feel like there was a hidden motive in his work -- one last good deed before departing?
Mio seems to still be pretty upset, but I am hoping that the band will stay strong, and remain good Friends with Koki. However if I was in Mio's shoes, I'd probably wanna hit Koki for worrying me senseless.
oh my, really? hmm... He should have at least given a warning to the band that he had to deal with somethings rather then just leaving everyone to worry like that--if personal issues were the case.

I still hope they get to him directly so they can talk things out properly.
