Sleazy, raw and the meaning of the word “Rock Star”, ALSDEAD came pounding their way back to the front of the Visual Kei scene recently with their single “Into the Void”.

Track List
1. Into the Void
2. Trickster
This latest sample of ALSDEAD’s unique sound is as masterful as all the previous instalments, including the DiceNJoker days. Raw vocals, along with powerful instrumental work, create something unique and yet something typically ALSDEAD.
The band, often unbeknownst to many of the VK crowd, have constantly produced a high calibre of music and this single release is yet another example of that. Incorporating many forms of metal to birth their own unique sound, enjoyed by fans the globe over, ALSDEAD certainly have a loyal following.
Their in-your-face style and lyrics are ever-present in Into the Void and Maki’s raw, gripping vocals nicely range up to clearer singing when needed. The instruments in this single show the bands metal origins well; there is not a huge amount of experimentation and no softer songs.
It is refreshing to see them still going in a time when many loved VK bands are breaking apart.
Keep rockin’!
