I was going to make a joke about not being able to find this article, but I have a good feeling a fair amount of the gentry would be irate. Including Toshi-san. Anywhoozle, they have announced that they are, in fact, not disbanding and will be releasing a new single in March of this year. So far, that is all the information available. I will update when we know more.
