UnsraW have recently made a storming comeback after singer, Yuuki, was hospitalised with a tri-single series of releases from the end of 2010 to the start of 2011. However, their biggest release since their return to the Visual Kei frontline was the mini-album titled “Guilty”.

Track List
1. ZERO
2. SALIVA OF GOD
3. ROSE OF SORROW
4. GUILTY
5. WITHERING BLOOD
6. DAMNED
This is by no means a full-length album release by the bands, as the first track is an intro and the final, an outro, however, it contains all new releases by UnsraW and shows the momentum caused by Yuuki’s recovery and eagerness to begin writing music again.
The album is quite dark with UnsraW’s lyrical themes being those of depression and apathy, as well as some nihilistic tones. Fans of the band will hear the familiar metal sounds of the instrumental side of the music and the somewhat-famed death growls of the singer, which can easily move up to higher pitches of singing to get across a plethora of emotions.
Progressively the album moves from heavier instruments and more growling vocals towards more emotional sounding instruments, though still heavy, to a mixture of growling and singing which conveys the meaning of the songs. The outro song, “DAMNED”, is a piano piece which becomes more desperately played towards the end, and then abruptly cuts out to finish the mini-album.
UnsraW have a loyal fan base and during the long period of hiatus the band had, their comeback was well-received and heard about throughout the Visual Kei community.

Unfortunately, this mini-album is no longer available on CDJapan; only the limited edition is listed. Furthermore, their tri-single Kleza releases are not yet listed there, either. Please check out the other listings, however.
