Fun news for anime fans

It seems that VAMPS vocalist HYDE is going to be testing his skill for the first time at voice acting. He will play a character from the popular shonen anime/manga Bakuman (more info: here). HYDE is set to voice the character "HYDE" (modeled after himself) who is the producer for one of the characters named "KOOGY".

HYDE will also perform a Japanese version of the VAMPS song 'GET UP'. The rewritten version of the song (which was originally in English on their BEAST album) will appear in their new single Memories.

The date he is set to appear will be announced in the January 17th issue of Shonen Jump!
