On December 19th Kisaki announced on his blog that Arc will be Disbanding after their one-man live on April 30th.

2011.4.30 (Mon) OSAKA MUSE
They will also be holding a last presents live "NARA ROCK FESTIVAL" at Nara Yamato Kooriyama Hall on April 4th. Arc and Lycaon will attend this presents live along with many session bands comprised of mostly band members of various UCP bands.
