FASHION: Amai Furiku? 5

Amai Furiku? -The sweet freak's guide to VK fashion
Halloween special!
So, first of all, this post is a little early for November, but also a little late to prepare for Halloween, so here is my guide to outfits for next year's Halloween, and makeup easily done for this year's Halloween.
Halloween themed clothing isn't difficult to find, it's GOOD Halloween themed clothing that is hard to come by. I have trawled through various sites to find the cutest items for a cute Halloween 2011.
Many shops selling Japanese themed clothing are overseas in Japan, China, Korea etc. This means shipping time is often more lengthy than that of shops within your own country. It is incredibly wise to plan ahead and order items months before necessary in case items go out of stock or go up in price, plus, it avoids disappointment when the item may not arrive as quickly.
My first idea for an absolutely adorable outfit was a magical girl style;

Another fun idea was to take a spin on the movies Beetlejuice and A Clockwork Orange (more suited for guys or androgynous girls);

These are outfits suitable for everyday wear, but could easily double up as Halloween outfits with the right hair, makeup and accessories.
Other than those outfits, here are some of my other favourite Halloween-y items I have found recently (all items can be found on etsy);

For those who need a last minute makeup idea, try this tutorial I made just for you guys! Just a very quick and simple way of making good blood effects very easily!

On the note of Halloween, today we attended the annual Zombie Walk in our city. It was a little hectic, but fun. My makeup and outfit was heavily influenced by a mixture of sources including Ayumi;

and Blythe dolls;

Here I am!

Everyone, have a wonderful Halloween, and if you use my tutorial, please send photos!

    I just had to fix some images weren't loading right and I changed the date to move it to the front page, because I don't think it saw the light of day lol.

  2. Thanks :)

    Oh that's a bit odd :S not sure why, maybe time differences and clocks going back made it not post right or something? XD I don't know...

    But thank you :)

  4. Hey there, sorry for the late reply!
    Ayumi is essentially a Japanese club kid who is closely associated with DJ Sisen.
    Her myspace is here:
    http://www.myspace.com/ayumi_dosanko
    Her last login/update was a few years ago however, and does seem to have disappeared from the scene.
    She is an absolutely beautiful girl, and I'm sad that she seems to have fallen off the face of the earth :(
