The Visual Kei Jrock band Administrator are releasing a new Maxi-single. It is entitled "Promise" and is due out on December 8th, and will come in two types. There will be a limited edition that will contain 2 tracks, and comes with a bonus DVD that features a PV. The regular edition will just be a CD and will contain 3 tracks. Below are more details.
