Ayabie has announced there disbandment. Takehito, Kenzo Intetsu and Yumehito announced they are leaving the band. Because of this Ayabie is disbanding. They are leaving Ayabie to form a new band called D-N-L. The Ayabie OHP has been taken down and the new D-N-L page is up, although their is not much on it yet other than the message. So far Aoi's not made a comment about the disbandment, but we all know he has had his solo work he has been busy with.

I don't understand why Jrock bands always do this. What's the point of all the members leaving a band to start a new one with all of the exact same members?

I suppose there comes a time when their creativity may seem cramped or frustrated by their current style, image, or simply (since it's important to VK artists) a name.
Hopefully this will be a fruitful decision for all of the members.
I agree I wish them luck I am now kind of curious what new sound they will have. And will Aoi continue with being a solo artist as well. No word on that either way yet. (at least I haven't herd)
