Unfortunate news about Vistlip today. They were in a car accident earlier this morning. It's been reported that the band was driving along Nagae Tunnel down the Joushin’etsu Expressway in Nagano city, Nagano prefecture, when vocalist Tomo’s car crashed into the tunnel wall at around 1:15am. The band members seem to be fine with minor neck and arm injuries. How ever it is sad to report that the band's manager Asako Sakakibara who was 31, has been killed in this car accident. She was in the back seat and the impact forced her out of the car and she did not survive. We send our condolences to the band and Ms. Sakakibra's family and wish that the others involved in the accident get well soon!
