Spiv States will be releasing their first maxi single on August 25th! The single will be called 『フレーバー』（FLAVOR）and will come in two types. The limited version will come with a CD and DVD for 1890 yen and the standard version will come with a CD only.

Well I just listened to them and they seem pretty good. Lookswise they remind me sorta of LM.C and a teeny bit in the sound perhaps, but they seem alright. I'll wait til I hear more to make a proper judgement XD
