THE TOKYO HIGH BLACK is a new band who formed in January, 2010. They have yet to come out with any singles the PS company is just now introducing them to us. They look cute and have a wonderful personality. Looking forward to hearing music from them soon. In there video message they mentioned something about touring in the US! THE TOKYO HIGH BLACK will make there Appearance at TRIBAL ARIVALL Vol.100.
